Dr. Richard addressed presidents/heads of state, secretaries of state and ambassadors of state drawn from 53 nations in Khartoum, Sudan, as the speaker at the fourth annual African Union Heads of State Prayer Breakfast.
He addressed an audience of 200 ambassadors and world leaders as the keynote speaker for the 23rd Annual International Prayer Breakfast at the United Nations in New York City.
Each New Year’s Day from 2000 through 2007, Dr. Richard gave a primetime “state of humanity” address on the world’s largest television network, based in Hong Kong. Dr. Richard holds a Doctor of Theology (ThD) from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from the University of Delhi. He and his wife, Bonnie, live in Dallas, Texas, USA, and have three children and three grandchildren.
